How to get Internet access to my basement?

I have Dsl and a wireless router upstairs. Running a Cat-5 is not an option and I have a small network containing my Tv, a gaming system and my Dvr that all need to be connected. So i cant use a wireless usb connection. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

If it does, then have you considered a wireless bridge connection to the basement? That would give you an Ethernet connection to the basement over your wireless network — that is — if your signal gets that far.
